American Terror: Oklahoma City


On April 19, 1995, in the deadliest terror attack on American soil in U.S. history until 9/11, a rental truck filled with 5,000 pounds of homemade explosives blew up in Oklahoma City, destroying the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building, killing 168 people and wounding 680. Nineteen of the murder victims were children under 6 who were attending daycare in the Murrah building.
