Dozens of Witness for Peace members and friends gathered for Witness for Peaces annual Holiday Party and Silent Auction, this year at the incredible Peace Mural Exhibition in Washington, DC.  In addition to enjoying the fellowship, artwork and beautiful array silent auction items, we were spellbound by local actor/playwright Anu Yadavs powerful monologues. As part of the evenings festivities, the exhibitions artist Huong - herself a refugee from the Vietnam War - shared a moving tribute to all war refugees, providing us with a stark reminder of the importance of our continued work for peace.  Tags: peace, art zum Artikel...
